Arrange required Tools:

Make arrangements for the required tools such as drop saw, set square, spirit levels, paint, angle grinders, grinder disks, paintbrushes, and welding machine.

Arrange materials for welding table and prepare:

• Arrange required material such as 1.5x1.5 inch hollow steel 75 cm 4 pieces and 110 cm one piece.
• Arrange 2.5x1.5 inches square hollow mild steel in 125 cm four pieces, 75 cm four pieces, and 63 cm 1.
• You will need eight pieces of 4 inches 5mm flat bar of 75 cm and 2-inch caster wheel with breaks four units.

After the arrangement of these materials, prepare them for the welding table, as follows.

• The drop saw cut square hollow metal bars of 2.5x1.5 for 125 cm and 75 cm into 45 degrees.
• Cut the 2.5x1.5 inch 63 cm long square hollow metal bar,1.5x1.5 and 4 inches 5mm hollow bars into squares.

Prepare frame for welding table:

Now use prepared 45-degree cut into two sets with 125 cm and 75 cm bars as the width.

Add 63 cm hollow bars with one set of the rectangle and set 75 cm 1.5x1.5 inch square metal bars on each corner of the table.

Follow the same process for the second rectangle on top of the table structure.

Now turn the table facing the bottom and attach the caster wheel on the bottom; after placing caster wheels on each corner, weld them.

In the end, add 2.5x2.5 inches 110 cm square hollow metal bars horizontally, but make sure everything is balanced and places right according to instructions.

Place the Flat bars

Now make the flat bars' placement by welding them, place 4 inches 5 mm flat metal bars in proper positions, and make sure there are proper gaps; you should make a room of 6 cm between each bar.

Once properly placed, weld them, do not do it too quickly because these flat bars greatly contribute to the balance of the welding table and its performance.

Now sharp the extending edges on each corner with a grinder and make them smooth.

Finishing

Turn the table by facing up the face and check the balance from all angles; when found, everything is proper and managed, then go for finishing. Take paint and a paintbrush to paint the table and make it look better.

Final Thoughts:

A welding table ensures proper and safe welding jobs and necessary for everyone. It is costly if you are not a professional, but you can save your money and build a welding table yourself.
